Last updated: April 2026
Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and K-Event Calendar ("we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of the website at kpopcalendar.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Description of service
K-Event Calendar provides information about K-pop concerts, comebacks, fan meetings, awards shows, group profiles, and related content for K-pop fans. The Service includes a calendar of upcoming events, group and event detail pages, free fan tools (concert budget calculator, timezone converter, comeback countdown), guides, and editorial content. The Service is provided free of charge.
Accuracy of information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information presented on the Service is accurate and up-to-date. Event dates, times, venues, ticket prices, on-sale windows, and artist details are sourced from publicly available agency announcements, verified social media posts, and authorized ticketing partners. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented.
Event details can change without notice — concerts get postponed, venues get changed, ticket prices get revised, comebacks get delayed. You agree to verify any time-sensitive information directly with the event organizer or ticketing partner before making any decisions or purchases. We are not responsible for losses you incur from acting on outdated or inaccurate information presented on the Service.
Affiliate links and advertising
Some links on the Service are affiliate links — we may earn a commission when you click them and complete a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" in accordance with industry guidelines. We also display advertisements via Google AdSense and similar networks. Read our disclaimer page for full affiliate and advertising disclosure.
Intellectual property
Our content
The Service and its original content (excluding artist names, group names, agency logos, and other content owned by third parties) — including but not limited to layout, design, code, illustrations, and editorial content — is owned by K-Event Calendar and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our material without prior written permission.
Third-party content
Artist photos, music video stills, group logos, agency logos, and other third-party content displayed on the Service remain the property of their respective owners. We use this content under fair use principles for editorial and informational purposes. If you are a rights holder and believe we are using your content in a way that exceeds fair use, please contact us through the contact page and we will respond promptly.
User conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Using the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person or group
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its servers
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable rate limits, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers
- Using the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without our express written consent
Submissions and feedback
If you submit tips, corrections, comments, or other content to us (for example, through the contact form), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. We will not associate your name with submissions unless you explicitly agree.
Third-party links and services
The Service contains links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by K-Event Calendar. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that K-Event Calendar shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Ticketing partners
We link to authorized ticketing partners (Interpark, Yes24, Ticketmaster, AXS, viagogo, StubHub, and others) but we do not sell tickets. Any ticket purchase you make is a contract between you and the ticketing partner. We are not responsible for: ticket availability, sold-out tickets, ticket delivery issues, refund requests, fraudulent listings on third-party marketplaces, or any other issue arising from your ticket purchase. Always read the ticketing partner's terms before completing a purchase.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. K-Event Calendar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included on it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K-Event Calendar, its affiliates, contributors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K-Event Calendar and its team members from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use of and access to the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a breach of these Terms; or (c) content posted by you or any other party using your account.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
